Appreciated that the hotel was fantastic and had superbly friendly staff at reception desk like Chau and Tham.

Huge and spotless room and large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. A LOVELY view of the mountain. Marvellous location close to the centre of the old town of Hoi A which is mostly a pedestrian area anyway and all the nice places to be visited in Hoi A, and excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always addressing us by name. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean pool and free bicycles for exploring the nearby old-town area of Hoi An. The location was also great, very close to the city center and within easy reach of transportation options for visiting attractions like the golden bridge or the airport. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of western-style options to choose from.

The hotel is ideally located by the riverside, just a short 5-minute walk from the bustling center of town. The view is breathtaking, with fantastic views of the river right from the room. The rooms are modern and clean, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. The staff is welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit and a live cooking station.

The housekeeping could be more attentive to their cleaning routines.

Clean room, efficient AC, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, always greeted us. Convenient location near old town. Gluten-free options available. Food tour was enjoyable. Pool and restaurant were nice. Bikes provided for exploring. excellent value for money.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of town and situated along the river. We loved being able to explore the old town on foot and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always friendly and helpful, especially when I fell ill and needed a doctor. The service at the reception desk was exceptional, and one staff member even went out of her way to assist us and show genuine care. We were truly impressed by their amazing service.

Lovely staffs

The hotel was okay for a short Christmas stay, with a good location near the historic center. We appreciated the free airport transfer and the good breakfast offered. The pool area was also a nice bonus for relaxing in the sun.

The negative aspects of our stay outweighed the positive. The room was not clean, with visible dust and dirt on surfaces, and the bathroom was poorly maintained with a leaky faucet and slow-draining sink.

One morning, I woke up feeling under the weather and they immediately took care of me, providing extra blankets and hot tea. They truly made me feel like I was at home. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the made-to-order eggs and fresh fruit. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, being away from the noisy city center but still within walking distance to all the attractions. The views of the river from the hotel were breathtaking, especially at night. I highly recommend the Royal Riverside Hotel & Spa for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Hoi An.

Guests can enjoy a beautiful riverside view during their 10-minute walk to the center of the old town. The rooms are comfortable, with amazing beds and pillows, and some even have a French Balcony to enjoy the surroundings. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing guests with maps and assisting with tour arrangements. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious variety of Asian and Western food.

There were some issues with the plumbing in the bathroom towards the end of our stay, which prevented us from using the shower.
